There will be plenty of healthy, delicious food and ample opportunity to connect with others on the path. So, join us for a special time away from the pressures of everyday life to calm and invigorate your body, mind and spirit. As you have come to expect from MeriLynn and Rhonda, there will be a lot to learn, transformative experiences and much laughter… a delightful mix of the sacred and the just plain fun.

MeriLynn and Rhonda are gifted teachers in their own right, but together they are a brilliant duo! In a clear and organized presentation applicable to beginner as well as more advanced practitioners, these two spectacular teachers seamlessly connect the dots as they take you on a journey of deep listening to the wisdom of the body.

SPIRITUAL DISCUSSION CIRCLE
Based on Reading "A Path with Heart: A Guide Through the Perils and Promises of Spiritual Life" by Jack Kornfield

7 week series
Thursday evenings, 7:00 — 8:30
October 6 — November 17, 2011
$135

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet with others on the spiritual path to explore and discuss the challenges and joys of integrating the teachings and practices of yoga into your daily life. Our discussions will be based on our reading of one of my all-time favorite works. I have found that A Path with Heart is thorough, wise, compassionate and helpful. I come back to it over and over again. Although the book has a Buddhist orientation and emphasizes the practice of meditation, it is so much more. Filled with stories, poetry, meditations and enlightening text, it is often profound, and always human. Most of all, I find that it touches my heart. It is my pleasure to lead our exploration of this amazing work.

Our spiritual discussion circle last fall was quite successful and this October I expect that we will continue to support, challenge and delight each other through authentic communication and shared intention. Please join us for this 7-week program. Come to connect with others… come to connect with yourself.

More new workshops and spring reading groups are being planned. Please visit again soon.
